Cast Iron Saw Head

The heavy cast iron saw head is the foundation of a clean, straight cut. Its mass dampens vibration and holds the blade steady through hard material and long production runs. The head swings up to 60 degrees for miter work and returns automatically after every cut. True direct blade drive, no belts or pulleys, puts full 5 HP to the blade for longer blade life and tighter tolerances.

Adjustable Cast Iron Guide Arms

Blade support is what keeps wide cuts straight. The S-20A’s cast iron guide arms ride on linear rails and adjust to sit as close to the material as possible, keeping the blade rigid across the full 18 inch capacity. Pre-set, replaceable carbide inserts hold alignment cut after cut. Position the movable arm for the part in front of you and the saw tracks true from the first cut to the last.
